Job Overview
The Club Managers are dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service. The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. They are full-time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, bonuses and receive a complimentary membership.

Experience
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of operational management principles
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
