The job of our Operations Managers is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers hire, train, and supervise all front desk, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards. The pay is an hourly $16 to $18 with commission and bonus opportunities that should total $40,000 - $45,000 per year or more including additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The work schedule is 9am-6pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-5pm on Friday's
