Responsibilities:
- Helping new and existing gym members achieve their fitness goals
- Taking members through fitness assessments and workouts
- Working with personal trainers to ensure excellent client retention
- For just hitting minimum standards Fitness Managers make $4,000 with no cap on earnings based on performance. If successful, after 60 to 90 days you can qualify for Director position. Our average club Directors make $62,000 per year with our top 20% making over $100,000
Experience:
- Fitness: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
