LA Fitness has recently acquired many new locations throughout the Souther California region, and we are looking to staff these with Personal Training Sales Managers who are excited to get their clients results and the business growing!Based on your experience and position you are hired in to, you will have a career with full benefits, plus base pay, commissions, and overtime. We also have an extremely lucrative bonus structure!Performance based position with opportunity for growth.
PRO RESULTS TRAINING MANAGERS can earn between $4,000 - $9,000 per month!!
PRO RESULTS TRAINING SALES MANAGER can earn between $3,000 - $6,000 per month!!
Our PRO RESULTS TRAINING MANAGERS and SALES MANAGER are the LEADERS of our newest personal training program called PRT TRAINING, which stands for "PRO RESULTS TEAM" TRAINING. In PRT we provide both 1-on-1 and semi-private training where we have the highest quality coaches in the industry. LA Fitness has dedicated itself to excellence by developing a state-of-the art PRT Training Pod where all training sessions are held. In PRT we have designed not only private area where sessions are conducted but we have also designed a 12-phase PRT program to help all clients of different health and fitness levels achieve their RESULTS and Unleash Their Full Potential!

- Meet with 300 new members every month in need of assistance to reach their goals.
- The ability to help customize one on one and Semi-Private personal training
- Quality Control of PRT Pod and Personal Trainers
- Servicing new and current clients
