LA Fitness is looking for high level talent in Philadelphia. We currently have over 50 locations in the PA/NJ/DE market, with over 700 nationwide. We are constantly looking to upgrade and scout the top talent in the fitness industry. Currently, we are looking for a candidate that can learn the intricacies of health club management and prepare for leadership opportunities in the sales, operations and personal training departments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in training and development of sales team.
- Assist in management of sales, front desk, training and Rezen recovery.
- Monitor the club's local marketing programs.
- Generate personal sales and maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist members in account management act as customer service liaison.
