The new LA Fitness is a game-changing fitness concept that combines boutique fitness studios, luxury health club amenities, and cutting-edge recovery therapies (including cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, and more) all under one roof.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales goals by operating as a "player coach," reaching company sales expectations via a combination of personal sales and team contributions.
- Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members.
- Display proficiency in selling fitness, studio classes and multiple recovery modalities with expert level product knowledge.
- Lead community outreach and work closely with the studio director to plan studio events.
- Embrace the Club Studio culture and create a fun and competitive work environment for all team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dynamic leadership skills with a track record of building winning sales teams.
- High-level business mind with a history of designing and executing successful marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Ability to embrace A Studio culture and foster a fun and competitive work environment that attracts "A" players.
