Duties
- Conduct group fitness classes including Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, and other formats as needed.
- Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual client goals.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Assess clients’ fitness levels and provide ongoing evaluations to track progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space within the health club or gym environment.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Foster a supportive community atmosphere among participants to encourage engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training from a recognized organization.
- Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles.
- Experience leading classes in Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, or other group fitness formats is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate individuals in a group setting.
- Ability to adapt workouts for various skill levels while ensuring safety for all participants.
- A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to continuous personal development.
- Previous experience working in a health club or gym setting is advantageous.
