Job Description California based litigation law firm seeks Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 - 10 years of experience in litigation, medical malpractice or insurance defense for our Los Angeles County office. Prior trial experience is preferred although not required. Experience should include evaluating medical records, claims files, preparing and arguing law and motion, court appearances, taking depositions and preparing status evaluation reports. Must possess a creative legal mind, be a self-starter and be able to work independently both in-office and remotely. Our starting salary range for this position is $110K - $150K DOE. Exact compensation may vary based upon the individual's skills and prior work experience.RequirementsJuris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California. Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice throughout employment.
