Expo

La Fonda on Main is looking for a competent and passionate Expo (Expeditor) to join our culinary team! As an expeditor, you will serve as a point of contact for the kitchen and wait staff. You will oversee the timing of the tickets as well as the accuracy and quality of dishes before they leave the kitchen, assist in the final preparation of various dishes, and assist on the line as needed. You will also assist with some of the prep like making tortillas.
