We are seeking a High-Tolerance CNC Operator to join our second shift team, where you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Minimum of 5 years set up and operating experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to do First Article Inspections
- Light Program Editing
- Ability to maintain close tolerances up to 0.0001 of an inch
- Able to lift up to 40 Lbs.
- Familiarity with Nakamura, Ikegai, Mazak, Hardinge, or Hitachi Seiki machines
- Familiarity with Mazak, Fanuc or Hardinge controls
