Job Summary
The job of Transportation Dispatcher is for the purpose of providing support within the student transportation services area by scheduling and dispatching bus drivers on regular / special education routes, and field / activity trips; processing service requests pertaining to routine and emergency maintenance issues; maintaining department records in accordance with mandated requirements; researching and recommending policies, procedures, or actions; training and scheduling drivers; and drive routes as needed.
This job reports to the Director of Transportation or designee.
