Job Description:
Responsible for providing technical support by phone or on-site as needed to system users through the information systems help desk. Performs remote support for offsite users. Manage and maintain the help desk request database. Maintain inventory of all information systems related hardware and software. Capable of working with limited supervision and completing all tasks as assigned. Responsible for handling communication effectively with users and manage crises when on call. Responsible for the installation, replacement and repair of workstations, printers and copiers. Able to lift 100 lbs. Practices safe work habits and adheres to all policies and procedures of this organization. Some travel and monthly on call will be required, performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in computer hardware and applications.
- Solid experience in MS Windows applications, Active Directory environment, database programs, Windows 10, and Windows 11. Knowledge of networking cabling preferably fast-Ethernet and fiber optic connections.
- Excellent ability to communicate with users and technical support staff. Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing hardware / software. Good analytical and interpersonal skills. Preferable A certification, Network , or currently pursuing MCSE.
