About the Role: We are looking for a Clinic Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary team in Baton Rouge. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient flow of patients, all while maintaining a professional and supportive work environment. As a key leader in the clinic, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a professional workplace.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, optimizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Create, update, and maintain patient electronic health records, along with personal and financial information.
- Verify patient insurance and handle claims submission.
- Communicate daily scheduling changes to clinical staff and ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Oversee patient registration, information updates, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Maintain daily and monthly logs, including EOB/EOR reviews and X-ray submissions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure clinic operations follow established policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, always maintaining diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the team by accomplishing related tasks and ensuring clinic goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of supervisory experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
