About the Role: We are looking for a Clinic Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary team in New Orleans East. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient flow of patients, all while maintaining a professional and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a professional workplace.

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, optimizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Create, update, and maintain patient electronic health records, along with personal and financial information.

Verify patient insurance and handle claims submission.

Communicate daily scheduling changes to clinical staff and ensure seamless patient experiences.

Oversee patient registration, information updates, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.

Maintain daily and monthly logs, including EOB/EOR reviews and X-ray submissions.

Lead, mentor, and develop staff to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Ensure clinic operations follow established policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes.

Provide exceptional customer service, always maintaining diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality.

Contribute to the team by accomplishing related tasks and ensuring clinic goals are met.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred.

Experience: At least two years of supervisory experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
