We are looking for a professional, service-oriented team player to lead our multi-disciplinary practice in the New Orleans Metro Area. As a full-time Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for management of facility resources and staff in compliance with established policies and procedures. Candidates must have strong organization and leadership skills and be able to coordinate and track a variety of details to provide a seamless patient experience.

General Summary: An exempt, supervisory position responsible for assuring that the clinic is running smoothly, and that patient flow is at the optimum.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the practice while maintaining a professional workplace
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency
- Creates, updates, and maintains patients’ electronic health records, and personal and financial information
- Verifies patient insurance, submission of claims
- Communicates daily scheduling changes to clinical staff
- Registers and updates patients' personal information
- Statistics/Daily and Monthly Logs
- EOB/EOR reviews
- X-ray submission and printing
- Manage and develop staff to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for patients, practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance with Clinic policies and HIPAA requirements
- Uses customer service principles and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly
- Other duties as assigned
Education: High school diploma, some college preferred.
Experience: Two or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in a health care environment.
