What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel: Occupational Therapist (OT) Days position at LA Healthcare and Professional, Inc.?
The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patient. Responsibilities are to evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age appropriate treatment programs, participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties, participates in PI, pursues professional growth, and performs other duties as assigned. Provides occupational therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover, and maintain occupational skills.
Facility Requirements :
- Must have SC OT license (must be attached to resume)
- Must have 2 years recent OT experience, in hospital preferred
- Must have Lymphedema and Pelvic Floor experience
- Must have BLS certifications must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted
