Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead our HVAC team in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, along with excellent project management skills. This role requires effective communication and time management to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within specifications. This position will include travel to job sites, including overnight stays. Salary will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and other construction professionals to build efficient HVAC systems.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to provide accurate project forecasts.
• Manage project coordination activities, ensuring all team members are informed of their responsibilities.
• Utilize ProCore software for project management and documentation purposes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
