Job Description:
As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Your role will involve managing data, organizing documents, and providing general office assistance to support the daily operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print, organize, and maintain important documents
- Accurately input and code data into systems
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date
- Enter invoices and related financial data into the system
- Prepare and distribute checks as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls and scheduling tasks
- Assist with other office duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous administrative or data entry experience is preferred
