We are seeking a detail-oriented REMOTE Data Entry Specialist (Temp) to support our energy benchmarking initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, tracking, and validating tenant energy consumption data while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. Location: Fully Remote - Candidates must reside on the East Coast!
Pay: $20 to $23 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and track tenant energy consumption data through direct outreach.
- Monitor and manage tenant responses via designated inboxes.
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding data collection processes and form completion.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet to record tenant responses and form submissions.
- Perform quality assurance (QA/QC) on submitted data and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with partners on data validation and reporting.
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create and maintain reports and trackers for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing data analytics and visualization dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry experience required.
- Energy and Gas industry experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other web-based data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
