Opportunity to join our La' James International College Educational Team. This position requires a current Iowa Barber Cosmetology license with a minimum of 2 years salon / spa experience. Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills, be a team player and portray a professional demeanor. This position involves supervising, coaching, and mentoring students. Share your knowledge with students in the classroom and salon clinic /spa. We will assist the right candidate in obtaining an instructors license.
Qualifications
- Current Iowa Barber & Cosmetology Arts and Sciences License.
- Minimum of 2 year Salon Spa Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
