General Summary
As Creative Director of the Digital Create Center of Excellence (COE), you will lead the creative vision and execution across La Jolla Group's brand portfolio. This role oversees a multi-brand creative discipline to drive content strategy, optimize asset creation, and ensure impactful, cost-efficient execution across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.

As Creative Director of the Digital Create Center of Excellence (COE), you will lead the creative vision and execution across La Jolla Group's brand portfolio. This role oversees a multi-brand creative discipline to drive content strategy, optimize asset creation, and ensure impactful, cost-efficient execution across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.
Essential Job Functions
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the COE team in developing creative strategies that align with each brand’s identity, leveraging best practices to balance brand-specific needs with portfolio-wide efficiency.
- Partner with brand teams to ensure creative solutions are brand-appropriate, taking direct ownership for brands without dedicated marketing resources.
- Act as the Brand Strategy lead for brands without marketing teams, developing and executing brand strategies, setting seasonal direction, and managing go-to-market strategy and brand voice.
- Create adaptable brand frameworks and processes to support both established brand teams and smaller brands without extended marketing support.
- Spearhead campaign development from concept to execution across multiple brands, managing seasonal productions and capturing brand-aligned photo and video content.
- Oversee omni-channel asset creation for digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, print, packaging, and in-store merchandising
- Build and lead a high-performing creative team with efficient workflows that balance brand quality with operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, briefing templates, and streamlined approval processes to support multi-brand operations.
- Align creative strategy with business objectives in partnership with Marketing, E-commerce, and brand teams.
- Collaborate with Plan, Grow and Retain COEs to support product launches, customer acquisition, and engagement strategies across the portfolio.
- Implement digital asset management systems and quality control standards to ensure brand consistency while accommodating individual brand identities.
- Manage creative vendor relationships and budgets, optimizing shared resources for cost savings.
- Stay current with digital trends and leverage creative technologies to drive innovation.
- Monitor creative performance and optimize based on data insights, aiming for efficient, high-impact results.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and omni-channel retail
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of supervisory requirements and practices/strong leadership skills.
