Role Description
Looking for experienced line cooks who know their way around a kitchen.
Must know how to cook steaks to temp as well as have a basic understanding of kitchen timing, setup/take-down, sanitation and prep.

- 2 year cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
- Certified in safe food handling
- Able to keep a level head and work in a team-based environment
