Located on Girard Avenue , we are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, organized and meticulous brunch & Line Cook to help us deliver a top-notch dining experience to our valued customers

-PART TIME/ 3-4 MORNING SHIFTS AVAILABLE 6:00am to 2:30pm
Duties Include:
- Follow recipes in an organized and timely manner
- Make poached eggs, sunny side up eggs, scramble eggs, potato, croque monsieur or croque madame
- Make crepes
- Cook meat, fry fries
- Keep the sandwich unit area stocked with full preps, and make sure to check and restock the items to maintain enough supply throughout the shift
- Prep and mise to Chef's standard
- Follow and understand the appropriate food handling, safety and sanitation codes when cooking and cleaning
- Maintain a clean work station
- Support team with dishes and miscellaneous cleaning tasks
- Maintain a professional appearance throughout the entire shift
- Be friendly and professional with the customers and staff
Qualifications include:
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
