The Tire and Lube Service Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first. This individual presents a friendly, professional attitude and helps identify, confirm, and offers resolution. This individual finds and communicates additional repair and service needs to the service advisor and customer based on vehicle inspections.

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, and customer service.
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
- Must understand and keep up-to-date on all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the service department
- Must comply with the above regulations including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA and provide necessary training on these regulations and ethical practices
- Maintain all required training.
- Must pass drug screening and background check prior to employment.
- Valid Driver’s License
