Skills:
- Experience in skillfully operating equipment such as a mini excavator, skid steer, plate compactor, zip or laser level, dump truck, compactors, maniac saws, and other landscape machinery is preferred but will train the right person.
- Reliability, self-motivation, strong work ethic and a good attention to detail are extremely important qualities for this position.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is required
- Strong communication skills.
