Skills:
- Experience in effectively managing and leading a landscape crew of 2-4 people, and timely completion of beautiful landscape projects with quality and attention to detail.
- Experience in skillfully operating equipment such as a mini excavator, skid steer, plate compactor, zip or laser level, dump truck, compactors, maniac saws, and other landscape machinery.
- Reliability, self-motivation, strong work ethic and a good attention to detail are extremely important qualities for this position.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is required
- Class A CDL is preferred
- Strong communication skills, ability to motivate others and help drive success for your crew, the company and yourself.
This position will be working with the Shop Manager to ensure that the equipment is maintained and in proper working order.
