Food Service Operations Manager

Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor for the Food Service team at La Lomita Inc, you will be responsible for managing the food service area in the absence of the GM/ASM. Your primary goal is to ensure that the store runs smoothly and that customers have a positive experience. This involves overseeing a team of employees, food preparation, food display, kitchen production, and cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage & motivate staff in the food service area.
• Manage staff schedules.
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Evaluate and address safety and security concerns with proper food handling.
• Maintain visually appealing food displays while prioritizing food safety and handling.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Minimum two years' experience in the C-store industry and one year of food service experience in QSR or made-to-order settings.
• Availability to work nights and weekends occasionally.
• Prior customer service experience in retail environments.
• Some management or team lead experience is preferred but not required.
