General Manager – La Madeline AZ Region | Full-Time
La Madeleine French Bakery & Café is seeking exceptional team members for our Arizona area (Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert), offering competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for restaurant operations, FOH, BOH, Administrative duties, oversight of daily operations and staff. The right individual will uphold the company’s high standards of excellence in regard to food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
Qualifications
- 5 yrs. experience working in a franchise restaurant in a senior management or GM role.
- Manager Food Handler Certification
- Proficient in all restaurant operations (FOH & BOH), guest services, personnel management, sales growth, staffing levels, inventory controls, sustaining a safe, secure, and favorable environment for guests and staff.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize the most critical among them.
- Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts
- Must possess a valid driver's license, be eligible to work in the United States and pass a criminal background check.
- Proficient with POS system(s) and MSOffice Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
