We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and assist guests with their selections.
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems, ensuring all requests are noted correctly.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with closing duties at the end of shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Experience in upselling techniques is advantageous, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
