Guests can enjoy three different menus with new seasonal dishes and popular La Mercerie classics on the same serveware they can purchase at Roman and Williams Guild.
Our newest experience, Guild Bar, is an inviting and sumptuously designed secluded alcove that serves signature cocktails in exquisite glassware hand-crafted in a one-of-a-kind curated collection from global artists - also available to guests for purchase to add to one's home collection.
We are seeking a dynamic Maître D' with a lively personality, love for people and service, & above all else a kind disposition.

- 3 years of Lead Host/Hostess or Maître D' experience in well-rated restaurants
