LMRV is currently hiring for a Drivers Coordinator for our growing team. This role is PART TIME ONLY. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is detail oriented.
SUMMARY: Trains on-call drivers on established policy and procedures and processes to insure efficient and on-time deliveries in accordance with safety and organizational goals.

SCHEDULE: Part Time role ONLY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates driver schedules, dispatches drivers during the workday, and monitors driver productivity and other cost elements of the on-call drivers.
- Coordinates the daily movement of inventory and company equipment
- Conducts first interviews, reference checks and testing during the hiring process, as needed by the Operations Manager.
- Acts as the communication center and support for drivers, internal and external customers and Management during the normal Dispatch day.
- Coordinates purchase pick-ups with buying department. This includes scheduling airline flights, communication with customers and responsibility of proper completion of all applicable paperwork.
- Responsible for securing and monitoring the use of company fuel cards or other company credit cards issued for use by the drivers. This includes tracking the receipts and reconciling the monthly statement(s).
- Understands that any Driver whose duties include the operation of Dealership or customer vehicles who becomes uninsurable under the Dealership's liability policy will be considered to have an unacceptable driving record and his or her continued employment will be subject to review.
- Shares responsibility with the Operations Manager and on-call drivers to create a safe work environment for all employees. Participates in new employee Safety training, and ongoing training with Safety Meetings and Driver Observations.
- Monitors daily move logs and forwards them to the Inventory Control Clerk.
- Keeps an accurate record of company vehicle maintenance. Schedules required service and repairs. Updates mileage weekly within the Reynolds system. Monitors the safety status of all vehicles and take steps to insure that all vehicles are safe to drive.
- Enters payroll for the drivers, runs daily timesheet reports and updates payroll worksheets, as required.
- Manage the hours worked by drivers to comply with applicable regulations and policies.
- Updates personnel files, maintains license, medical records and CDL driver logs for drivers as needed.
