LMRV is currently hiring for a Janitor for our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent reliability and is hard working and a team player.
SUMMARY: Responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of offices, bathrooms and lobby area.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning offices inside the building by emptying trash, sweeping/vacuuming floors and cleaning surfaces.
- Clean and service restrooms with cleaning solutions/chemicals/disinfectants.
- Ensure lobby area is neat, clean and clear of debris.
- Emptying trash receptacles in and around building.
- Replacing trash can liners.
- Cleaning windows/glass surfaces with cleaning solutions/sponges, etc.
- Notify management of any potential repairs needed/safety hazards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
