Description
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead Guide & Direct the VanUp Team Culture
- Communicates Clear Goals & Direction to The Team
- Train, assist, mentor, to lead VanUp Team Members in product knowledge.
- Procures, selects and hires VanUp Team Member's
- Establish written training and standard operating procedures for VanUp Team Members.
- Create and maintain working schedules for VanUp Team members.
- Manage & Maintain All Shop Equipment & Safety protocols
Qualifications
Skills & Abilities:
- Utilizes problem solving skills for Shop related issues and works proactively to find solutions.
- Must be able to sufficiently manage the work flow Of Customer Pay/Internal Upfits in the shop
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment While Being safe.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Communicates effectively in writing and speaking.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and make adjustments as Directed.
- Understands deadlines and applies the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
- Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend how to carry out verbal and written instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Acts truthfully and with integrity in the workplace.
Experience and Education:
- Three or more years in a Automotive management role.
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in Recreational Vehicle Upfitting or automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Recreational Overlanding industry’s upfitting techniques.
- Experience with Black Purl Automotive Software Huge Plus.
- Knowledge of Class B, & C Van Suspension Upgrades/Off Road Suspension Knowledge.
