Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have a strong aptitude for learning new skills quickly, and possess excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. While previous experience is not required, we are seeking individuals who are coachable, quick learners, and ready to contribute to a dynamic office environment. This role is essential in supporting the team and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tasks such as processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and preparing payroll checks.
- Open and organize incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Archive documents and maintain organized filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Analyze data, create tables, and assist with various office reports in Excel.
- Act as a point of contact for both English and Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to learn and use Excel functions, formulas, and reports).
