Job Title: Office Administrator (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Job Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have a strong aptitude for learning new skills quickly, and possess excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. While previous experience is not required, we are seeking individuals who are coachable, quick learners, and ready to contribute to a dynamic office environment. This role is essential in supporting the team and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tasks such as processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and preparing payroll checks.
  • Open and organize incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Archive documents and maintain organized filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Analyze data, create tables, and assist with various office reports in Excel.
  • Act as a point of contact for both English and Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to learn and use Excel functions, formulas, and reports).
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative and act independently.
  • A quick learner who is eager to develop new skills and grow professionally.
  • Coachable with a positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a desire to improve.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset.
  • No prior office experience is required, but relevant skills or a strong willingness to learn are essential.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
