Duties, Work Schedule, and Compensation Package

Duties:

1. Manage wine, spirits, and beer program.

a. Ordering, receiving, restocking etc....

2. Inventory Control and Management (1st of every month)

3. Be Ready and Participate in Pre-shift staff meeting @4:45pm

4. Educate staff in products and proper service.

a. Pre-shift training, etc....

5. Fill in as Host, Matre’d and General Manager when needed.

6. Expected to work till approximately 10pm as well as Close the restaurant 1-2 Nights per week.

7. Assist servers when needed.

8. Polish and Maintain Glassware

Expected work schedule:

· 6 day per week in Season (November thru Mother’s Day)

· 5 days per week in the off season (Day after Mother’s Day thru end of October)

· You are expected to arrive early on certain days to complete the following tasks:

o Inventory (1st of the month) 12pm recommended to be able to review and missed items.

o Delivery Days: Tuesday and Friday (typically around 1pm, in order to receive the delivery as well as to catch any mistakes that can be sent back with the driver. Additionally giving yourself time to restock and put away inventory in its proper location)

o Other tasks: if extra time is needed for reprinting wine lists, Bar/Cocktail menus, Meet with Vendors, prepare for Staff Trainings as well as assissting with maintenence of glassware polishing.

o Give yourself time to complete tasks.

Attire:

· Suit and Tie.

Compensation: paid biweekly

· Salary $500/week.

· Compensation per Server/Bartender's is 5% of total nightly tips.

· The commission is based on Total Wine Sales weekly @ 1.5%.

· Our estimated Total Compensation is $75K-90K

Additional compensation:

o Ex: if you put in 5% you will be matched 4% max. You can put in more if you want.
