Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Support in budgeting and financial planning, including monitoring expenses and sales performance.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and organization to optimize sales opportunities.
- Analyze retail math to make informed decisions regarding pricing strategies and promotions.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must speak Spanish
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
