LA PADRONA – Boston’s most celebrated opening of 2024 is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented and high performing Pastry Cook to join our Hospitality Group.
Job Responsibilities
As a Pastry Cook you help execute our Pastry program. Working directly under the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef’s, it’s the perfect opportunity for mentorship and growth. You are responsible following recipes and executing assigned tasts. You are expected to maintain a clean workspace, undertake daily tasks, such a cleaning, organizing, receiving orders, and maintaining proper stock levels.
As a Pastry Cook you will get to show off and develop your skillset. You will contribute to growing our pastry program.
Our menu features an authentic journey through the Italy’s regions. We expect the very best from ourselves and that commitment to excellence translates in our product.
Previous experience in a Professional Kitchen required. You must also have flexible / open availability, including Sunday. You must be able to take feedback, have a positive attitude and be committed to growing.
Hourly pay ranges start at $25, paid time off, health and dental insurance, a respectful work atmosphere, lots of room for growth and building a career.
