Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- mantain carpet and floor care to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
- Provide custodial services in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with any special cleaning projects or requests from clients or management.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients by delivering exceptional customer service during each visit.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to floor care, carpet cleaning, and other custodial tasks.

*6am - 2pm
