As a Pool Server at La Playa Hotel, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier service to our guests as they enjoy our beautiful pool area & hotel grounds. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt, professional, and friendly service to all guests.
- Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pool area/hotel grounds, including setting up and breaking down chairs, tables, and umbrellas.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Assisting with poolside events and special occasions as needed.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly and positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
