Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards, including food handling regulations.
- Utilize restaurant management software such as OpenTable for reservations and table management.
- Uphold high standards of guest services to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
