La Posada is looking for Certified Fitness Assistant to work with the Living Well Director, support the fitness program and lead various fitness classes for residents.

This versatile person must have the following skills:
- Degree in related field or Nationally recognized Health & Fitness Certification(s)
- Personal training and/or aquatic exercise nationally recognized certifications a plus
- Current in CPR/AED, First Aid for the Professional
- Competency with data entry, newsletter and flyer creation, working proficiency with
- Publisher, Excel and Microsoft Word.
Requirements are:
- Maintain daily functions of The Pavilion.
- Skill to develop safe exercises, routines and programs for our population.
- Be comfortable instructing groups of 10 or more individuals.
- Oversee the safety of residents while at The Pavilion.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and a dynamic personable attitude.
