Essential Functions
Develop and manage a variety of engaging presentations, field trips, and musical performances that align with the Life of the Mind’s mission.
Recruit, collaborate with, and support skilled facilitators and presenters to deliver high-quality programming.
Plan and coordinate program activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Write and edit program materials, communications, and promotional content with precision and professionalism.
Maintain and manage participant and program information using spreadsheets and other tools.
Lead meetings and gatherings effectively, fostering collaboration and engagement among participants and staff.
Work closely with support staff to ensure seamless execution of program events.
Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit, identifying and pursuing innovative opportunities for program growth and improvement.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability on days, nights, and weekends as required.
Organize and manage all administrative tasks required by the program such as, but not limited to; reservations, billing, check requests, etc.
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
