Your Role as a Concierge
As the Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our community, ensuring residents and guests receive outstanding service and support. Your role will include:
- Greeting and assisting residents and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet residents’ needs.
- Accepting and distributing deliveries, packages, and messages.
- Keeping the lobby and reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assisting with resident transportation to recreational and social events.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning spills and taking out trash.
- Monitoring, stocking, and ordering supplies.
- Upholding security and confidentiality standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
