La Posada at Pusch Ridge is looking for organized, compassionate individuals to join our Settling-In Team. As a team member, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new residents by helping them unpack, organize, and arrange their belongings, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition into our vibrant community.
Availability is key! We are specifically looking for individuals who can work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This is a per diem position, offering the flexibility to tailor your schedule while providing essential support to our residents.

Essential Functions
- Polite and respectful to residents.
- Unpack boxes.
- Communicate with residents regarding placement of their belongings, dishes, clothing, linens, etc.
- Make helpful suggestions when asked regarding placement of belongings and/or furniture.
- Clean and dust furniture as needed and time permits.
- Clean mirrors and glass as needed and time permits.
- Show resident their storage area and parking space when asked and necessary.
- Place work orders when needed.
- Answer any questions and/or direct to the contact person when asked.
- Dispose of all boxes, paper and trash at the end of the move.
- Report resident total working hours on worksheet for monthly billing
