Where You Can Make an Impact
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with luggage and ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations, maintaining a safe and pleasant ride.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing routine checks to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Monitor the valet area and shuttle schedule to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with traffic flow and parking management during peak periods or special events.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle keys, shuttle trips, and any relevant guest interactions.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Experience:
- Prior experience in valet, shuttle driving, or a similar hospitality role preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding guest service.
