We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious part-time Tram Driver to join our team at La Posada at Park Centre, Inc. As a Tram Driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe and efficient transportation for our residents within our campus. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents using a six-passenger electric cart.
- Deliver inter-office mail to various buildings on the La Posada campus.
- Maintain and monitor the cleanliness of vehicles.
- Provide reliable transportation services while fostering positive interactions with residents and staff.
Requirements are:
- A valid Arizona driver’s license.
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to communicate with compassion and patience, especially with older adults.
- Capability to perform tasks that involve reaching, standing, lifting, carrying, grasping, hearing, and speaking.
- Willingness to lift light to moderate loads as needed.
- Flexibility to work in varying climate conditions while ensuring safe and dependable transportation for residents.
