Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales through effective communication and teamwork.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with a point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
