- Assist in managing table settings and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status, special requests, or any issues that may arise.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures throughout the service process.
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with food preparation or other tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures is essential.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
