Job Summary
We are now hiring for dedicated and passionate Breakfast Attendant to join our exceptional team at a competitive pay rate starting at 12.00/HR and Up DOE benefits (401k, Health Insurance, PTO, Vacation, Holiday) if full-time.

The Breakfast Attendant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to filling a guest services role in supporting the hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the Breakfast offered to our guests. The Breakfast Attendant will effectively promote, take, prepare and deliver food and beverage selections to setup and replenish with the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenue and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service.
Essential Functions
- Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- Sets up the dining area before guests begin arriving for breakfast.
- Prepares and serves breakfast items to guests following Company policies and procedures.
- Displays the food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner.
- Frequently checks breakfast items to replenish food, beverages and supplies needed.
- Sets out plates, cups, bowels, utensils and napkins for guests to use.
- Prepares coffee and/or tea by established standards.
- Removes and disposes of leftover food at the end of the breakfast shift.
- Cleans the breakfast area according to established standards.
- Ensures inventory is stocked and properly stored prior to the next day’s shift.
- May keep daily or weekly records of foods used and consumed.
- May be responsible for keeping inventory stocked by ordering additional food and/or supplies as needed.
- Receives direct and indirect guest feedback regarding their dining experience and relays feedback to proper management.
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- Complies with attendance rules and will be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or minimum of 6 months food service experience in a hotel or related field with a general knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service preferred.
- Must be incredibly friendly, guest centric, loves to smile and radiates a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with guests.
- Ability to take written and verbal directions in English and speak English clearly.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable and relaxing environment.
