HD Hospitality is looking for friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at The Columbus, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests as well as provide a professional, quality experience
- Answer incoming calls and transfer appropriately
- Perform guest check outs and payments in a timely manner
- Process all guest check-ins and cash out requests
- Coordinate with the front desk team to provide information regarding hotel amenities, rooms, reservations, and maps
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills. Ability to interact with guests in a positive manner.
- Professional appearance and demeanor. Must be outgoing and personable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.75 - $11.75 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
